We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Please contact USPS, or your local carrier to locate your package, and or file a lost package report.
Once you complete your purchase, your order is sent automatically to our production facility. Our production facility is located in Brooklyn, New York. Once production is complete, your order will be packaged and shipped and a tracking number will be sent to your email. Shipping time depends on the speed of the postal services.
